Just five miles south of the White House the tiny company Truly-Life is the ultimate urban garden. Owner Mellenie and partner Andy grow loofahs, herbs, and flowers which are used in their eco friendly skin care products. Farming is hard work - even in the city.

Mellenie started making soap in her kitchen as a way to live more GREEN. Today, her father Ray Runion works in the Shenandoah Valley building the heirloom boxes, while Mellenie and Andy create the ever growing line of skin care products in Alexandria, Virginia. Family, friends, and lots of laughter. That is truly-life!
